Terms of Service

01Acceptance

By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, uninstall the extension — there are no hard feelings and we don't keep anything.

02Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use topoffers.ai. You agree to keep your password secret and let us know quickly if your account is compromised. You're responsible for activity on your account — including any Pro charges if someone else uses it.

Pick a real email. We send security alerts and receipts there, and we can't help you recover an account tied to a mailbox you no longer control.

03Subscriptions & billing

Plans

Solo is free and stays free. Pro is offered at the prices shown on our Pricing page. If we change prices, current subscribers stay on the price they signed up at for at least 12 months.

Billing cycle

Monthly subscribers are billed every month on the date you subscribed. Yearly subscribers are billed once a year, with the same renewal date. Renewals are automatic until you cancel.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we try three more times over 7 days and email you each time. After that, your account moves back to Solo automatically — nothing is deleted.

Taxes

Prices on the pricing page exclude VAT. We add applicable VAT at checkout based on your billing address.

04Refunds

Within 14 days of any Pro charge, write to billing@topoffers.ai and we'll refund the unused portion. Beyond 14 days we don't refund subscriptions, but you can cancel any time and you won't be billed again.

05Acceptable use

Don't do any of these:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the extension.
• Run automated jobs that hammer our API beyond the documented rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
• Scrape data from third-party sites you don't have permission to access.
• Use the service to violate any law or any third party's rights.

Persistent abuse is grounds for termination without refund.

06Affiliate networks

topoffers.ai reads offer-page data from any affiliate network you use only when you are logged in and viewing pages you have access to. You're responsible for following each network's terms of service. We don't condone scraping data you don't have rights to.

If a network changes its dashboard layout or terms, scanning may break temporarily. We'll fix it as fast as we can.

Networks linked from our onboarding wizard or website may carry our referral code. You pay nothing extra; we earn a small commission if you sign up. You're free to sign up directly on each network's site.

07Intellectual property

The extension, website, and source code are owned by topoffers.ai Ltd. and licensed to you for personal use only. You keep ownership of everything you put into it — your presets, watchlists, and configurations are yours. Cancel and you can export them all.

08Disclaimers

We work hard to make topoffers.ai useful and accurate, but we provide it "as is". Scores are recommendations, not financial advice. Past performance of any product doesn't predict future earnings. Use your judgment.

We don't guarantee that scoring will lead to higher commissions or that the service will be available 100% of the time. We aim for 99.5% uptime on Pro sync.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, topoffers.ai Ltd. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, business interruption. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period, or $50, whichever is greater.

Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything that can't legally be limited.

10Termination

You can stop using the service any time by uninstalling the extension or deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that cause harm to us or other users — we'll explain why and give you a chance to fix it, except when there's an immediate security concern.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking will go to the courts of Tel Aviv. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have the protection of your local consumer laws.

12Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll email you and show a banner in the extension at least 30 days before substantive changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms. Old versions are archived at /terms/v<date>.
